The business is rooted in resilience, tradition, and passion. In Ethiopia, coffee is  more than a drink, it is part of everyday life shared through a traditional ceremonial brewing process that represents respect, friendship, and community.”

The vision of the founder is to bring the highest quality coffee from the Ethiopian highlands to the UK, preserving its authenticity from farm to cup, and to share this unique coffee experience with every customer.
