Sourced from various smallholder communities in the Aleta Wondo district of Sidama, this exceptional Ethiopian coffee is grown by smallholder farmers on high-altitude farms using traditional methods. The cherries are carefully handpicked and washed, then fermented for up to 72 hours and slowly dried on raised beds to develop clean, vibrant flavours.
Grown among indigenous coffee varieties and shaded by native trees, this coffee reflects the rich heritage of Ethiopia, offering bright acidity, floral aromatics, and complex fruit notes.
